Cameron and Sami's love story started in Connelys. Connelys is an Irish bar in Charlotte, North Carolina that Sami and Abby (Bridesmaid) often stopped in for a "Johnny Bomb". Cam walked up to Sami as she had a Johny Bomb in her hand and the first thing she said to him was "Here, if you can't handle this, you won't be able to handle me." The rest is history....

Cameron had planned to propose to Sami in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico on July 4th. Hurricane Beryl had different plans.... Instead of canceling the trip, Cameron was able to rebook flights to fly in a day early, change hotels, change the proposal location and keep it a secret from Sami. The dream proposal took place at JW Marriott in Cancun Mexico on July 3rd with Missy and Andy by their side. Nearly 24 hours later a Category 3 Hurricane changed directions and made a direct hit to where the newly engaged couple was celebrating. Sami, Cam, Missy and Andy continued the celebration by pulling an all-nighter to watch the storm roll in from their ocean front suite.
